About the role

In this role you will be responsible for leading the Business Operations Team within Red Cross's Homelessness Programs.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance of office management systems (electronic and manual), including filing, registers and quality assurance document control
- Supporting monitoring and maintenance of facilities, equipment, amenities and resources in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Supporting asset and resource management activities, including asset registers, fleet maintenance, security fobs, locker allocations and contact number updates
What you will bring
- Proven track record as an effective leader, supporting and building constructive relationships within teams
- Prior experience in ensuring integrity and compliance of office management systems (electronic and manual), including filing, registers and quality assurance document control
- Ability to effectively monitor and maintain facilities, equipment, amenities and resources
- Experience within asset and resource management
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in use of software applications
- Working with Children Check
