We are a premium resort in Assam launching a structured resort membership program and are looking for one experienced Channel Sales Manager to own and manage our partner-led sales operations.
This is not a telecalling role.This is not digital marketing or lead generation.
This is a Sales Operations & Channel Partner Management role, focused on execution, discipline, compliance, and predictable revenue outcomes.
You will work with independent sales partners such as insurance agents, mutual fund distributors, real-estate brokers, corporate connectors, and similar professionals.
This is a remote, freelance, ongoing engagement with clear accountability and performance-linked upside.
Key Responsibilities1. Channel & Partner Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage independent channel partners
- Clearly explain product structure, pricing, and sales process
- Issue and manage partner codes
- Maintain a clean and updated partner database
2. Sales Operations & Compliance
- Act as the central coordination point for partner queries
- Ensure strict pricing discipline and adherence to company terms
- Coordinate payment flow (all payments go directly to the company)
- Prevent misquoting, over-promising, or misuse
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue partner-wise
- Monitor partner activity and follow up on inactive partners
- Prepare concise weekly and monthly performance reports
- Proactively flag risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
Required Experience & Profile
This role is only for experienced professionals.
- 5+ years experience in channel sales, sales operations, insurance, banking, NBFCs, or B2B sales
- Prior experience managing agents / partners / distributors
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Compensation (Transparent & Realistic)
- Fixed monthly retainer: ₹30,000
- Performance-linked incentive: Revenue-based (part of a defined sales-operations commission pool)
- Typical monthly earnings: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 for consistent performers
- High-performance months: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000+ possible during peak periods
This role rewards process discipline and consistency, not short-term spikes or aggressive mis-selling.
