Sales Operations Manager
Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
The Sales Operations Manager is the Operations Primary Point of Contact for AGSCS program(s) and is responsible for all aspects of client's relationship with Arrow as related to the operational execution of the program with Arrow based on program contract(s).

Coordinates with all other Arrow Internal teams to ensure commitments to client are being met in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsible for resolution of client concerns related to all Operational aspects of program.

Works directly with Service Center management to ensure the program tactical needs are understood and processes are in place to meet these requirements.
Meets on a regular cadence with client to ensure their expectations are being met and needs addressed. Requires travel

Captures "Voice of the Customer" to pass back to Arrow organization as appropriate.
Meets weekly with client's Arrow support team(s) to ensure any internal issues are addressed and any scope creep captured.
- Responsible for addressing scope creep with Arrow Sales Director responsible for client and collaborating to determine next steps.
Ensures escalated operational related issues including vendor concerns, contract reviews, new programs, customer service failures, RMA and inventory issues/loss, AR issues, etc. are communicated to appropriate Internal resources, addressed in a timely manner and resolved.

Assists in identifying root cause and corrective action where needed.
With support from AGSCS Solution Architects as needed, assign, design and create new processes for special services/programs for client. Determine operational costs for non- standard items in the interests of ensuring appropriate profit margins are reached and maintained. Coordinate collection of costs from other areas (logistics, transportation, etc.) as needed with the same goal.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

An Operations/Customer Service in B2B professional with the ability to balance the needs of the Arrow sales teams with the needs of the customer and be the liaison between the two

Understanding of distribution, supply chain, and material planning

Sales background or experience dealing with a Sales team

Individuals with exemplary customer service skills who are calm, responsive and can service as an escalation point

4-6 years experience with Supply Chain Management or SCaaS

Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and make critical contacts
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$94,800.00 - $121,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
