About the Role
The Revenue Operations Consultant is responsible for supporting the optimization of revenue-generating processes by integrating marketing, sales, analytics, and CRM systems. This entry-level position focuses on hands-on execution and administration across marketing automation, analytics, CRM management, and project coordination. The role plays a pivotal part in ensuring operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and seamless collaboration between marketing and sales functions, directly contributing to organizational growth and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish a LinkedIn strategy, leveraging AI-assisted tools to ensure content quality and relevance to target audiences.
- Craft and distribute progrommatic outbound campaigns, using AI tools to personalize messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate and refine analytics templates for both internal use and social media reporting, combining manual efforts with AI-assisted automation.
- Execute analytics templates across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis using Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Salesforce to support business decisions and client reporting.
- Administer and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems, including user management, data hygiene, and workflow optimization.
- Support the technical implementation of HubSpot and Salesforce, including template development for scalable and repeatable processes.
- Build and customize dashboards for end-users, providing clear visualizations of key metrics and performance indicators.
- Assist with data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and seamless transitions between systems.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy projects by translating technical product requirements into actionable development steps and supporting strategic initiatives as needed.
- Manage projects using agile methodologies, holding self and others accountable for task completion, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
- Accurately estimate effort for assigned tasks, log hours and proactively communicate progress and challenges.
Required Experience & Skills
- No hands-on experience needed. We are intrested in strong project managers that are fast learners and can think creatively
- Foundational understanding of revenue operations concepts, including the integration of marketing, sales, and analytics processes.
- Experience with LinkedIn content creation, social media engagement, and network building, with proficiency in using AI tools for content generation and optimization.
- Competence in data analysis using Google Sheets, with the ability to perform ad hoc reporting and interpret results for actionable insights.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting professional emails, social posts, and technical documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver work on time and within budget constraints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, especially during data migration and analytics reporting.
- Proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies, with adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and other non-business degrees is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or CRM administration role is advantageous but not required for junior-level candidates.
- Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, or related platforms are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted content creation tools is desirable.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is beneficial.
