The Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to be the architect of our revenue engine. This is an exciting "hands-on" role requiring a mix of technical CRM ownership (HubSpot), data integrity, and high-level commercial analysis.
This role will see you break down silos between Marketing, Sales, and Finance to create a single source of truth. You will move our reporting from manual Excel exports to automated, insightful dashboards that drive global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the HubSpot environment. Optimise workflows, lead scoring, and automated hand-offs between Marketing, Sales and CS.
- Partner with Finance to bridge the gap between CRM data (HubSpot) and our data warehouse (Snowflake). Ensure "Board-ready" accuracy in ChartMogul.
- Move us beyond "what happened" to "why it happened." Build dashboards that track Pipeline Velocity, CAC Payback, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Audit our current sales process to remove friction. Ensure the team is spending more time selling and less time doing manual data entry.
- Global Alignment: Work with our US and ANZ teams to ensure global reporting consistency.
- Tech Stack Evolution: Evaluate and manage the reporting tech stack to ensure it scales with the business.
- Organic vs. Inorganic Revenue: Partner with the Engineering team to solve data flow issues, providing 100% clarity on organic revenue performance.
- Commission Strategy: Inform and refine sales commission plans to ensure they are driving the correct behaviours and aligning with company-wide ARR goals.
Onboarding & Training: Lead the enablement of new staff on HubSpot, ensuring "data-first" behaviours are baked into the culture from day one.
What You'll Bring
- The "Analyst Mindset": You don’t just report numbers; you provide the "so what?" You can translate complex data into actionable insights for the C-Suite.
- Hubspot power user: You don't just use HubSpot; you know how to build complex automations, custom objects and dashboards.
- Billing & ARR Tools: Direct experience with Stripe; experience with ChartMogul or similar ARR platforms is highly regarded - you are skilled reporting for all core SaaS metrics, including ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn, and CAC.
- NetSuite or Sage experience highly advantageous
- Experience working across both Direct B2B Sales teams and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) models.
- Excel wizard and have experience (or a strong desire to learn) navigating SQL/Snowflake environments.
- Problem Solver: A track record of "un-breaking" data flows and automating manual processes.
- Self-Starter: You are comfortable being the "department of one" initially, setting your own roadmap and priorities.
Values Alignment: we put the greater good of the team and the business before ourselves (One Team One Dream), we truly care about what we do, (Dare to Care) we think deeply and move fast to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the business (Think Deeply, Move Quickly). We value honesty and embrace feedback (We Speak Up) And most of all, we have fun!
