Job Overview
The Business Operations & Growth Specialist supports the day-to-day operations and growth of our business, working closely with two founders to help keep work organized, moving forward, and followed through.
This role blends operational support, client and lead follow-up, and hands-on learning across systems, tools, and business processes. It’s well suited to someone early in their career who is dependable, curious, and comfortable communicating with people.
A successful candidate brings strong follow-through, clear communication, and a willingness to learn. In return, this role offers meaningful exposure to how a coaching and systems-focused business operates, with opportunities to grow into more specialized responsibilities over time.
About Us
We are a coaching and systems-focused business that helps business owner clients move from chaos to clarity by strengthening leadership habits, building practical systems, and using technology more intentionally. We teach and help our clients implement strategies in the areas of vision and leadership, systems and processes, sales and marketing, and financial systems.
Our work sits at the intersection of business coaching, software configuration, automation, and real-world execution. We don’t just teach ideas, we help implement them.
We are intentionally building a small, capable team of people who are curious, reliable, and interested in growing their skills over time.
Our Core Values
These values guide how we work with clients and with each other:
Authenticity Honest communication, real conversations, and showing up as ourselves.
Curiosity A genuine interest in learning, asking questions, and figuring things out.
Creativity Thoughtful, human solutions that serve people first.
Value A focus on work that truly helps, without unnecessary complexity or busywork.
Humor We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Perspective matters.
If these values resonate, you’ll likely feel at home working with us.
