- As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, the resource will advise, lead, and contribute to high-impact initiatives across the systems development lifecycle.
- The role involves collaboration with multiple teams, decision-making responsibilities, and delivery of scalable solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Collaborate with and manage team members
- Take ownership of team-level decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and cross-functional teams
- Lead team meetings to review progress and address challenges
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and delivery
- Mentor junior team members to support skill development
Must-have skills:

- In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
