We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Operations to lead and optimize the performance of multiple locations in Abilene, Texas. This role is focused on driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring financial success across the assigned market area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and business development, with a passion for delivering consistent results and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations at multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Branch Managers, encouraging growth and accountability with attention to detail.
• Manage financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals across sales, marketing, human resources, and technology.
• Conduct regular meetings with operational leaders to address challenges and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with shared services teams to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within the region to expand the company’s footprint.
• Partner with local managers and recruiting teams to attract top talent and build strong teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to uphold operational standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in multi-unit operations, preferably in residential services.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and driving operational efficiency.
• Experience in sales-oriented roles with a focus on scalable growth strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market area.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
