Position
This is a senior leadership role combining manufacturing operations and financial leadership in a complex, growth-oriented environment. The role plays a critical part in aligning operational performance, financial discipline, and strategic execution to support the next phase of the company’s expansion.
You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and governance while contributing to strategic planning and execution across 12-month, 3-year, and 5-year horizons. This role requires a hands-on, commercially astute leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
Profile
You will bring proven experience leading finance in a manufacturing operations environment, with a strong understanding of cost accounting, product costing, inventory management, and manufacturing KPIs.
Your background includes driving operational efficiency, capacity planning, margin improvement, and strong financial outcomes through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and governance.
As a leader, you will inspire trust and confidence with the Board, shareholders, and senior teams through clear communication, sound judgement, and high integrity. With a collaborative, energetic, and solutions-focused approach, you lead with empathy, accountability, and a passion for continuous improvement and growth.
