The ideal candidate has financial leadership experience over an SUD or Behavioral Health organization and will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversite all accounting, revenue cycle, and analytics & planning functions.
- Supervise and mentor directly reporting managers.
- Analyze data and metrics to improve financial processes, performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strategic collaboration with senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Executive financial / accounting leadership experience with multiple healthcare service lines.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree and / or CPA preferred.
- SUD/Mental Health experience ideal.
- Process Improvement experience.
- Private-equity and M&A experience a plus
