✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

- Build and maintain the bottoms up RevOps revenue model that models Mews' GTM engine at a granular level (by region, by segment, by lead source) across pipeline and signed revenue; the monthly cohort waterfall of onboarding to activated SaaS and payments revenue; whitespace analysis and SAM analysis for cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Independently refines revenue model assumptions based on analysis of historical data, discussions with GTM stakeholders (Marketing, Sales and CS) and assumptions of future trends to recommend build targets to recommend to GTM leadership
- Act as the subject master expert for all GTM financial targets
- Be responsible for analysis and creation of the GTM Quarterly Business Review (QBR) creation and GTM board reporting which includes reporting on key territories (e.g. USA, DACH, France, UK&IE, Spain, etc.), product level detail (PMS, RMS, POS. Events, Housekeeping) and any trends across areas such as pipeline generation, promotions, attach rates, MQL conversion rates, win rates, activation speed, time-to-payments, support initiatives, and many others
- Build out a streamlined monthly reporting cadence for GTM that highlights progress against key targets across regions and products listed above
- Assist on large multi-quarter cross-functional RevOps projects (e.g., re-contracting initiatives, building out LTV, CAC and CAC payback tracking at a more granular level, multi-product selling)
- Help build a world-class RevOps/GTM Strategy & Ops function, and help stand up / scale other functions as needed
- Lean into your superpowers to maximize impact across all Go-To-Market
🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B startups and/or investment banking, consulting, or investing (PE / hedge fund / VC).
- Preferred: GTM or operations experience in a startup environment.
- Exceptional work ethic and throughput, rapid learning ability, strong attention to detail, high ownership, and a clear bias for action.
- High integrity: acts ethically, builds trust, and consistently follows through.
- Strong interest in becoming an expert in Operations and/or GTM within B2B startup environments.
- Seeking a career-defining role with meaningful responsibility and strong opportunities for personal and professional growth.
