The Manager, Real Estate & Business Operations plays a critical role in supporting real estate transactions, contract workflows, and cross-functional business initiatives. This position partners closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Property Management, HOA, and external vendors to ensure transactions and operational processes are executed efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule.

Your Impact
- Support acquisition, disposition, leasing, HOA, and resort-related real estate transactions from initiation through close.
- Coordinate due diligence materials, closing documentation, title reports, insurance certificates, and transaction checklists.
- Manage operational workflows related to real estate contracts, vendor agreements, service contracts, and purchase orders.
- Track contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and obligations, proactively communicating risks and upcoming deadlines.
- Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts align with business, accounting, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving forward.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and improve real estate and business operations processes.
- Support audits, compliance tracking, reporting needs, and special projects led by the VP, Real Estate & Business Operations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate operations, business operations, contract management, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and contract lifecycle management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with DocuSign, contract management systems, and project tracking tools preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or multi-entity organizations strongly preferred.
