Are you looking to join Renault Group UK as our Head of Sales? You will develop and execute the sales strategy that delivers the group registration and order objectives in line with the sales and profit plan.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone to define and implement the sales strategy to deliver the commercial sales objectives for the group. You will ensure simple and consistent working relationships between internal stakeholders and network partners, as well as support Renault Retail Group’s sales performance.
A key part of the role is to track performance by sales channel and deploy actions, alongside the Marketing Department, to secure sales performance. The job holder will look for innovative ways to improve network performance (tools, training, incentives…) as well as manage the deployment of Network broadcasts and conferences.
A core responsibility will be to liaise with Renault Group HQ in order to build Renault UK sales programmes that are aligned to the company guideline. Furthermore, you will deputise for the Sales Director when required.
Ultimately, you will lead a team of direct reports and work with managers across the network in order to achieve Renault Group KPIs. Success will be measured via Retail Market Share for both Renault and Dacia, EV sales and network partner satisfaction.
Who are you?
The successful candidate will have strong leadership, self-motivation, organisation and negotiation skills. Solid planning and data analysis skills are also a requirement. Additionally, knowledge of the motor industry and manufacturer operations is essential.
