Job Profile Summary
We are seeking a Business Applications Administrator with a strong technical foundation and project management with a passion for solving business challenges through technology. This role is ideal for a recent master’s graduate in Computer Science or related fields with 2–3 years of experience in application development, integrations, and enterprise systems. You will serve as the technical liaison between business teams and technology platforms, ensuring smooth operations and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support: Provide timely Level1 technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
- System Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of enterprise applications such as HubSpot, Ramp, Kyriba, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday and other financial platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Be part of the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems including Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and financial applications.
- AI Exploration: Research and apply AI technologies to automate workflows and enhance business processes.
- Cross-Platform Connectivity: Implement secure and scalable solutions for connecting applications across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT) to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
- Business Problem Analysis: Understand business challenges, prioritize them based on impact and value, and propose effective technical solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and performance of solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in application maintenance, project management, integration, or enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization, systems integration, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (JIRA).
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HR and financial systems.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in business workflows.
- Knowledge with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI).
- Knowledge with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Understanding security best practices for integration and data handling.
Special Work Conditions
- Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
