We are looking for a Senior Leader who will own end to end Business Delivery , covering sales, client delivery, account management, HR, and administration in a fast-growing SMB environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth
- Own sales process, forecasting, pricing, and closures
- Own end-to-end P&L responsibility, covering revenue, margins, costs.
Client Delivery & Account Management:
- Ensure efficient delivery across all engagements
- Act as executive escalation point for clients
- Track delivery KPIs to Drive client retention, renewals, and account expansion
HR & People Operations:
- Own workforce planning, leadership development, and succession
- Drive performance management, engagement, and retention
- Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance
Admin & Internal Operations:
- Oversee governance, administration and vendors
- Ensure statutory, contractual, and internal compliance
Skills & Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Digital businesses
- Proven track record of owning and scaling business delivery and P&L
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing SMB environment
