About The Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join us in London, establishing and leading our Revenue Operations presence in-region. This role plays a critical part in supporting our European Sales and Go-To-Market leadership by embedding senior Revenue Operations expertise closer to our revenue-generating teams.
As a strategic extension of our global Revenue Operations function, you will own and shape lead-to-cash processes, ensuring strong alignment between process design, systems, data quality and commercial outcomes. By acting as the senior Revenue Operations partner for Europe, this role directly addresses a regional capability gap and enables more consistent execution, improved forecast accuracy and better decision-making across the revenue lifecycle.
In this role, your impact will be felt across how our solutions are positioned, sold and supported, helping our teams articulate the value of our combined platform while driving scalable, disciplined revenue operations that support continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Establish and represent the Revenue Operations function in London, acting as the primary point of contact for Sales and Sales Leadership across Europe.
- Own global and regional lead-to-cash processes, documenting end-to-end workflows and ensuring alignment between business process design, system configuration and data integrity.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and lead the design and implementation of scalable, standardised operating models.
- Partner closely with systems- and data-focused Revenue Operations colleagues to ensure processes inform system architecture and enable reliable reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop clear, consistent platform positioning that articulates the value of our combined solutions in both executive-level pitches and longer-form strategic discussions.
- Support European Sales teams with deal strategy, pipeline development, forecasting discipline, pipeline inspection and opportunity management.
- Act as a trusted senior representative of Revenue Operations in regional leadership meetings, executive conversations and cross-functional forums.
- Provide structured feedback from the European market to inform global Revenue Operations priorities, roadmap decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the maturity of the global Revenue Operations function by helping define best practices, standards and governance frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-To-Market Operations or a closely related commercial operations role, ideally within a SaaS or financial technology environment.
- Deep expertise across core Revenue Operations domains including lead management, opportunity management, pipeline governance, forecasting, territory and quota management, deal desk support and revenue reporting.
- Proven experience designing, documenting and operationalising end-to-end lead-to-cash processes within complex, multi-product and multi-region organisations.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and adjacent sales technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system design in partnership with systems and data teams.
- Demonstrated experience establishing sales process standards, governance models and operating rhythms that improve execution consistency and forecast accuracy.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support deal strategy, pricing and structuring discussions while maintaining operational rigour.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior Sales leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Ability to operate autonomously as a senior regional representative of a global function, exercising sound judgement in high-impact and ambiguous situations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance trends, identify root causes and recommend process-led improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and executive-ready insights.
