Director of Accounting & Finance – Clear Path to CFO in 1-2 Years

Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop the Finance Team – Provide leadership to a small, yet experienced accounting team. Maintain and enhance a consistent 3-day monthly close
- Financial Analysis, Reporting & Strategy – Analyze financials and build more robust and timely reports for executive leadership. Prepare executive level financial presentations to support decisions
- Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration – Serve as an active member of the leadership team alongside operations, manufacturing, engineering, HR, and Sales. Help foster relationships across the company and reinforce a great culture
- Process Improvement – Identify gaps and opportunities within financial processes. Refine and enhance internal controls as you see them \
- Manage external Relationships – Oversee audit, banking, insurance, and benefit-related partners.
