We’re working with a locally rooted, community-focused bank seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, support a stable and well-respected institution, and make financial decisions that directly impact the community they serve.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the bank’s financial health, accounting, and regulatory reporting
- Chair ALCO and guide balance sheet and liquidity strategy
- Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and the Board
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Oversee investments, audits, vendor decisions, and insurance programs
- Provide leadership oversight for Operations and IT
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Banking or financial institution experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Practical, steady, and relationship-driven approach
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $160,000+, dependent upon experience, with a strong benefits package.
