Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You support the Country Managers in operational tasks with a focus on strengthening home24's presence and success in the Netherlands
- You assist in selecting and managing products for local campaigns, considering country-specific factors like assortment, pricing, and customer behavior
- You independently analyze sales, customer, and market data (e.g., category deep dives, sell-through rates, delivery times) to derive actionable recommendations
- You create and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes
- You assist with pricing, analyze pricing strategies and evaluate their impact on revenue and profitability
- You drive the automation of tasks and processes to increase daily efficiency
- You support the planning, implementation, and tracking of local sales campaigns and promotions
- You work closely with the Country Managers and central teams such as Sales, Pricing, Inventory, and Merchandising
Your Profile
- You completed your studies in E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field
- You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- You possess a sales-driven mentality with a keen awareness of revenue and profitability
- You have a solid understanding of e-commerce processes and digital business models
- You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, a sense of ownership, and a proactive working style
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and convincingly to various stakeholders
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a significant advantage
