The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, owning the organization’s financial vision and ensuring strong financial performance, scalability, and risk management. This role leads all aspects of financial strategy, planning, reporting, compliance, and external relationships while providing clear, data‑driven insights to support critical business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, shaping financial strategy and long‑term planning
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), delivering actionable insights that support growth and operational decisions
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and capital structure, ensuring financial stability
- Direct all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage audits, tax strategy, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and accounting standards
- Develop and maintain strong banking, lender, and external partner relationships
- Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and reporting to support scale and efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including senior‑level leadership
- Demonstrated success leading financial strategy, reporting, and compliance in a complex organization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into clear, executive‑level insights
- Experience partnering closely with CEOs, boards, or executive leadership teams
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial training strongly preferred
- Experience with banking relationships, audits, and capital management
