It’s about accuracy, coordination, and being the glue that holds things together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and Management
- Producing accurate reports and information for the Managing Director
- Processing administrative tasks with care, accuracy and consistency
- Keeping systems, records and documentation organised and up to date
- Balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
- Supporting the wider team by being proactive, reliable and well organised
- Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
- Spotting issues early and helping to put them right

- Previous office or administrative experience (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence working with data, reports and systems

What We Offer
- Salary £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience and capability
- Early finish every Friday
- Monday–Thursday: 08:30–17:00 | Friday: 08:30–15:00
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
