Role Overview
Zime is hiring a GTM Operations and Strategy Lead to partner closely with the Head of Global Go to Market. This role will serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring execution stays aligned with GTM strategy and that leadership has clear visibility into activities, outcomes, and performance drivers.
This is a high impact role focused on GTM analysis, operating cadence, cross functional coordination, and strategic execution support. You will not directly run Sales, Marketing, or CS, but you will ensure those functions are on track, operating effectively, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Execution Visibility and Alignment
- Interface with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to track progress against GTM priorities
- Ensure clear operating rhythm across pipeline generation, conversion, onboarding, and retention
- Identify execution gaps, misalignment, or blockers across teams
- Drive accountability through structured check ins, metrics, and follow through
Revenue and Pipeline Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting across the full funnel
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion performance, and leading indicators
- Provide actionable insights into what is working and where execution needs improvement
- Support forecasting and performance reviews with leadership
GTM Strategy Support
- Partner with the Head of GTM to evaluate go to market strategy and execution effectiveness
- Support planning for new segments, motions, campaigns, and growth initiatives
- Help translate strategic priorities into measurable operating plans
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis as needed
Cross Functional GTM Operations
- Improve handoffs and coordination between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Support process design across lead flow, deal execution, and customer lifecycle
- Document playbooks and operating workflows that enable scale
- Step in where needed to unblock execution and ensure momentum

You are an analytical GTM operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You enjoy working across functions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and helping teams operate with focus and accountability.
You are comfortable partnering directly with senior leadership and driving outcomes through influence, structure, and insight.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, strategy, or commercial execution roles
- Strong analytical ability with experience in funnel and pipeline metrics
- Proven ability to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in early stage B2B SaaS or AI driven products
- Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and sales execution workflows
- Background in consulting, chief of staff, or strategic operations roles
