Executive Assistant to CRO (Chief Revenue Officer)

M&D Capital is a leading third-party Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management company serving clients across the United States. We operate offices across multiple states, along with a growing international team. We specialize in out-of-network surgical claims, and partner directly with our clients to ensure the maximum reimbursement for their services. We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the CRO. This is a critical operational role that ensures coordination, efficiency, and continuity across all Revenue Department functions. This position provides high-touch administrative and workflow support to the CRO, enabling effective execution across Business Development, Marketing, Client Onboarding, and Revenue Operations. This is a full-time, in-person role in Queens, New York.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support & Administrative Management
- Manage the CRO’s calendar, scheduling, and prioritization across meetings, revenue reviews, Business Development (BD) interactions, and executive commitments.
- Prepare agendas, briefing packets, summaries, and follow-up trackers.
- Draft correspondence, internal communications, and CRO-level memos.
- Preserve strict confidentiality across commercial, operational, and personnel matters.
Departmental Coordination
- Track deliverables, action items, and deadlines across BD, Marketing, RevOps, and Onboarding.
- Ensure the CRO receives timely visibility into pipeline, forecasts, and team updates.
- Maintain structured processes for meeting follow-ups and weekly departmental cadences.
Project, Task, & Initiative Support
- Maintain the CRO’s master initiative tracker, ensuring clarity on owners, timelines, and progress.
- Support the CRO on market expansion initiatives, conference prioritization, strategic BD engagements, and alignment meetings.
- Assist in preparation of materials for internal reviews, external meetings, and strategic presentations.
Communications & Documentation
- Manage incoming communications and triage for CRO review.
- Draft high-quality written summaries, recaps, memos, and decision logs.
- Maintain organized documentation, shared folders, and CRO reference materials.
Conferences, Travel & Events
- Coordinate CRO participation in conferences, prospect dinners, visits, and executive events.
- Prepare run-of-show documents, briefing packets, speaker materials, and follow-up plans.
- Partner closely with the Event Marketing Manager and BD teams for pre- and post-event alignment.
Technology & RevOps Alignment
- Support Salesforce hygiene: notes, tasks, and CRO visibility dashboards.
- Coordinate with Revenue Operations to ensure CRO receives weekly KPI and forecast reporting.
- Maintain organized files, templates, and reference materials.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years supporting a C-suite or senior revenue leader.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-up discipline.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong Salesforce or CRM familiarity preferred.
- Comfortable working with physicians, executives, and senior stakeholders.

Salary Range
This position offers a salary of $95,000+ annually.
