The Truven Deal Desk Advisor is a senior, enterprise-level subject matter expert responsible for enabling profitable revenue growth through strategic deal advisory, pricing governance, and commercial risk management. This role serves as a primary escalation point for complex, non-standard, and high-risk transactions, applying independent judgment to balance commercial competitiveness, financial rigor, compliance, and deal velocity.
As Truven evolves toward increased standardization and seller self-service, this role is not responsible for end-to-end deal execution. Instead, it operates as a governance, strategy, and optimization function, shaping how deals are structured, approved, and executed across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations. The Deal Desk Advisor influences enterprise outcomes by setting standards, identifying risk, resolving ambiguity, and enabling scalable growth.
