As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role supporting Sales and Marketing through high-quality insights, strong data governance, and seamless coordination across teams. You’ll ensure the accurate execution of promotions, pricing, and master data, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Customer Service. Using systems such as Salesforce (ESF) and SAP, you’ll help optimise sales processes, maintain business controls, and enable effective, end-to-end decision-making.
- Support Field Sales with customer management, forecasting, reporting, and incentives.

Manage pricing, discounts, rebates, credit approvals, and sales order workflows.

Act as key contact for Sales on system updates, pricing changes, and data accuracy.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.

Execute promotional programs, calendars, forecasting, and post-promotion analysis.

Set up and manage promotions, product launches, and pricing in Salesforce (ESF) and SAP.

Maintain master data integrity, commercial controls, and governance across systems.

Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, and project support to drive business outcomes.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in sales or operational analysis, with SAP, Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret data.

Excellent organisation and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of trade promotional activity and sales operations.

Experience supporting category and sales strategy development.

Proven experience partnering with Field Sales teams.
