Role Description
This full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role is based in Fairfield, ME. The CFO will oversee the organization’s financial planning, management of financial statements, and reporting processes. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, analyzing data to guide decision-making, supervising cash flow management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership to financial and accounting teams.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and overall Finance management.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends effectively.
- Proven expertise in Financial Reporting, including preparing, managing, and presenting reports to stakeholders.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities to oversee financial or accounting departments.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
