ChilliDB is seeking an experienced sales focused, Operations Manager to develop and manage our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective sales and support of our products and services. This is a full-time position, based in our centrally located Brisbane office.

What you'll be doing
- Developing Sales and Marketing strategies and implementing them.
- Building productive relationships with current and future clients.
- Manage day-to-day operations across sales, implementation, and support.
- Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
- Working with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a SaaS company or the NFP sector.
- Good understanding of the benefits of CRM/Client Management Systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and efficiency.
- Passion for working with purpose-driven organisations.
