Job Description — RevOps Analyst (Revenue Operations)

Role Overview
We are looking for a RevOps Analyst who is strong in data, disciplined in execution, and obsessed with improving sales efficiency.
Your job is to make the sales + retention engines run like a machine by:
- Cleaning data
- Maintaining funnels
- Ensuring follow-ups
- Improving lead allocation
- Fixing leakages
- Building dashboards
- Adding discipline
This is a high-ownership IC role, NOT a manager role.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM & Funnel Management
- Maintain CRM hygiene daily (stages, tags, follow-ups).
- Ensure all leads are contacted within SLA.
- Track funnel movement for all sales teams (fresh + recharge).
- Identify bottlenecks (low follow-up, dead leads, low connect rate).
2. Revenue & Forecasting
- Prepare daily revenue forecast for fresh + recharge.
- Build weekly & monthly projection sheets.
- Track LTV/CAC, repeat rates, D7 activation & cohort metrics.
3. Lead Allocation & Quality Control
- Ensure fair and accurate distribution of leads.
- Monitor FB/Google/WhatsApp lead quality.
- Flag junk patterns to Performance Marketing Head.
- Identify high-intent leads & fast-track them.
4. Retention Ops
- Work with Retention Head on churn-risk reports.
- Build win-back lists and activity cohorts (D0, D7, D30, 90-day inactive).
- Highlight low-usage customers before they churn.
5. Reporting & Dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets / Data Studio:
- Daily Sales Report
- Lead Allocation Report
- Follow-up Audit
- Recharge Tracker
- Cohort Performance
- CAC/LTV reports
- Abnormal patterns (drops, spikes)
6. Process Enforcement
- Ensure teams follow:
- Mandatory follow-up steps
- Daily sales discipline
- CRM process hygiene
- Funnel update times (11 AM & 5 PM)
7. Cross-Functional Ops
- Work closely with:
- Sales Head
- Retention Head
- COO
- Head of Engineering (for dashboards)
- Performance Marketing Head

- Strong Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM tools
