SpeakWrite Consulting is growing, and we are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business and help bring structure, calm, and momentum to our work.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Can juggle multiple projects without losing the detail
Is proactive, grounded, and values purpose-driven work
Wants to work alongside Aboriginal women leaders and support meaningful, community-led outcomes
SpeakWrite Consulting works across public speaking, facilitation, program delivery, cultural immersions, events, strategic consulting, and business development β so no two days are the same.
π§ This is not a junior admin role.
We are looking for someone who can think ahead, take ownership, and support business operations, so we can stay focused on strategy, relationships, and delivery.
