Our go-to-market team ensures that new products and features are successfully launched on the market – with compelling messages, structured launch plans and close cooperation between the product, marketing, sales and services departments. Tasks:
- Leading and managing market launch initiatives for new products and services throughout the entire launch cycle
- Developing and maintaining a global GTM strategy that combines consistent positioning with regional adaptation
- Defining customer-centric core messages and value propositions to clarify product value and use cases
- Translation of global strategy into structured frameworks, messages and concrete launch plans for regional teams
- Interface management between product development, marketing and sales to ensure cross-functional coordination
- Coordination of interdisciplinary teams to close implementation gaps and ensure timely market launch
- Creation of high-quality launch toolkits, sales materials and internal knowledge databases (wiki assets)
- Optimisation of GTM processes to increase customer acquisition, customer retention and lead generation
- Incorporation of market and customer feedback to continuously refine positioning and future activities
Profile:
- Successfully completed degree in product marketing, economics, engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in managing go-to-market initiatives or in product marketing, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and project management skills
- Enjoy working with words and graphics, ability to present complex issues in a simple way
- Structure in managing parallel projects and a proactive approach to working in a dynamic environment
- Very good German and English skills are essential
