Primarily, you will be working closely with some of our largest existing clients, as well as new prospective clients, building an understanding of their business' objectives, market and audience to set the strategic direction for their approach to media through the utilisation of INFUSE and partner solutions. Working in close collaboration with our sales, client success, delivery, creative and analytics teams, you will lead the development of integrated demand gen plans across a diverse client portfolio. This role provides the opportunity to directly contribute to the continued growth and development of our strategy, product, innovation & demand planning department. Your on-going strategic recommendations will help optimise and shape various areas of the business, including on product development, marketing, content creation, software development (product, training and platforms), client success, partnerships, campaign execution etc.
- Responsible for developing demand gen and media strategies - understanding business objectives, identifying priority audiences and understanding media behaviour
- Leverage insights and analytics to optimise strategies and communicate channel performance effectively.
- Creation of cross-channel media strategies, or stand-alone activity, aligned to clear objectives and measurement provided by the client.
- Collaborating with our sales and client success team to ensure that campaign concepts and executions align with planned media strategy activations.
- Ensuring media strategies and plans are aligned to your clients' business priorities.
- Presenting to senior client stakeholders on sales calls.
- Supporting the sales and client success team in maintaining a strong working relationship with our clients.
- Breaking new ground with ideas and innovations to meet our clients' challenges and elevate INFUSE service offering.
- Work closely with various departments to shape and refine strategy, innovation, and demand planning efforts.
- Support the Head of GTM Strategy in supporting the expansion and evolution of the company's strategic initiatives and offerings.
- B2B Experience in planning/strategy of cross-channel media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of multiple media channels e.g. display, social, demand gen, nurture.
- Strong knowledge of analytics and measurement technologies and their relative suitability for different client requirements
- Have a strong experience dissecting B2B digital briefs and customer journeys
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Rigorous approach to market and audience research
- Numerate, comfortable working with data to forecast performance across channels
- Experience working with sales & creative content teams
- Experience working with B2B Channel / Marketing Partners
