Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Commercial Operations team.
Reporting to the Commercial Operations Director, you will be responsible for supporting our ANZ sales organisation to achieve greater sales performance and results through the development and execution of Sales Enablement Programs.
You will work closely with sales leadership and provide data and analytics to drive the ANZ sales strategy. Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) coordinating sales forecasting and planning; managing fiscal year planning and go-to-market activities; and proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
This is a hands-on role with no direct reports.
This permanent full-time role is based in our new state-of-art Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have:
- Business experience in a Sales, Go-to-Market or Sales Enablement role (ideally within a finance or technology orientated organisation).
- Strong Salesforce.com reporting experience (is essential).
- Demonstrated experience in business analytics and automation tools to drive and generate future business.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills to include PowerPoint and advanced Excel (must be able to create pivot tables, formulas etc)
