Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Alexandria, Louisiana
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our multi-location manufacturing organization. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth across all facilities.
This role requires a strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and multi-site financial leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial functions including accounting, FP&A, cost accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Oversee plant-level financial performance, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Improve margins, working capital, and cash flow across locations
- Ensure strong internal controls and accurate, timely financial reporting
- Manage banking relationships, capital planning, and risk management
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Senior-level finance experience in a multi-location manufacturing environment required
- Strong expertise in cost accounting and operational finance
- Experience with ERP systems and financial system optimization
- Proven track record of driving profitability and operational improvements
