Technical Revenue Operations Manager.
Your mission:
In this role you will implement, operate, and continuously improve our revenue systems landscape, ensuring a stable, scalable, and future-proof CRM and automation environment that enables our go-to-market organization to work efficiently and data-driven. Your responsibilities will be:
- Technical ownership of CRM and other revenue-related systems (especially HubSpot)
- Acting as the interface between business teams and technical systems
- Ensuring seamless automations and integrations across the systems landscape
- Technical point of contact for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Development and implementation of low-code automations (e.g. with Make) as well as custom code solutions within the CRM environment (e.g. Python)
- Ensuring technically sound and sustainable implementation of business requirements
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Ensure stable and reliable operation of CRM systems and integrations
- Translate business needs into technically clean and scalable solutions
- Reduce manual effort through smart automation and system optimization
- Handle GTM-related technical requests and tickets quickly and solution-oriented
- Maintain a high level of data quality and system integrity
What you’ll be doing (daily):
- Collecting and technically translating business requirements into system logic
- Implementing requirements in HubSpot (workflows, data models, properties, automations)
- Developing and maintaining product, offer, and contract logic
- Building and optimizing low-code automations (e.g. Make)
- Implementing custom CRM enhancements using Python where required
- Administering and continuously improving HubSpot
- Managing users, roles, and permissions
- Implementing and maintaining contract templates in DocuSign
- Handling technical GTM tickets (2nd-level support)
- Monitoring integrations, APIs, and system connections
What you should bring:
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience working with CRM and go-to-market systems
- Experience with low-code platforms (ideally Make) as well as practical experience in implementing custom code solutions, preferably using Python
- Strong analytical and structured working style
- High level of ownership and quality awareness
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills
Your language profile:
- German: fluent
- English: professional working proficiency
Your track record:
- Proven experience in the technical administration and further development of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
- Experience with automations, workflows, and data models
- Experience with low-code applications (e.g. Make)
- Experience implementing cross-system processes and integrations
- Experience in technical support for business systems (2nd-level or similar)
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats (e.g. JSON)
