We are looking for an experienced and proactive Deal Desk Manager to join our team. This newly created role will play a key part in supporting complex, high-value deals and ensuring they move efficiently toward closure. The position covers a broad range of responsibilities — from improving discount management workflows to running win-loss analysis and ensuring compliance with discount policies — all with the goal of accelerating revenue growth.
We are seeking someone who can confidently lead the Discount Management function and bring proven expertise from day one. You will work cross-functionally, partnering closely with sales leadership and becoming the trusted advisor for your assigned sales segment or product area.
Design, improve, and maintain the discount policy.
Monitor and evaluate product and regional performance through discount effectiveness.
Build forecasting models and metrics to assess the impact of future discounting.
Conduct performance and pricing sensitivity analysis across sales roles and functions.
Oversee the discount provisioning lifecycle, from request through completion.
Deliver regular reporting on execution, goal attainment, and win-loss insights.
Collaborate closely with commercial unit leaders and sales stakeholders.
Recommend and drive updates to pricing and discount strategies.
Strong experience managing discount processes and approvals.
Proven ability to work closely with commercial and sales leadership.
Excellent analytical skills, including reporting and win-loss evaluation.
Understanding of financial or operational discount frameworks.
