Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Revenue Officer, located in Honolulu Metropolitan Area with partial remote work flexibility. The Chief Revenue Officer will oversee and develop revenue generation strategies, manage customer accounts, lead sales initiatives, and drive strategic planning efforts. Responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, overseeing sales operations, and implementing approaches to achieve company revenue goals.

- Knowledge of Sales Operations and a history of optimizing sales processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote environments effectively.
- Prior experience in overseeing revenue growth within a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
