Position: Sales Operations Specialist II
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: 3-month contract (potential to extend or convert perm)
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative or analytical focus
- 2+ years of experience in process development, analytics, project management, or related roles
- Strong financial, cost, and profitability modeling skills
- MS Excel proficiency - (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, structured tables, named arrays)
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and results‑driven mindset
Plusses:
- Experience with pricing, contracts, bids, or rebate/incentive programs
- SQL or VBA database experience
- Process automation experience
- Contract negotiation exposure
- ERP experience
- Power BI experience
Day to Day:
- Manage customer pricing, quotes, bids, and project pricing
- Support contract management and risk assessment
- Draft and maintain incentive and rebate programs
- Track and distribute customer marketing funds
- Support new product pricing initiatives
- Build financial models and tools for sales decision‑making
- Improve processes, systems, and SLAs
- Lead and manage cross‑functional projects from start to finish
- Support and scale Sales growth by ensuring accurate pricing, contracts, bids, and incentive execution while improving processes that drive revenue, margin, and EBITDA performance.
- Up to 5% travel
Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
