Role Description
Chief Revenue Officer with investment – Product (WMS)
Part-time · Remote · Equity Only (No Salary till profit)
This is a Chief Revenue Officer role, not a job.
CodeApto is looking for a Product-led Chief Revenue Officer for our WMS platform who will take end-to-end ownership of product strategy, evolution, and market fit. You will work closely with the founding team to shape the WMS roadmap, guide implementation, and align product capabilities with real-world customer needs.
You will engage directly with partners and early customers, translate operational problems into scalable product features, and help position CodeApto WMS as a serious alternative to global incumbents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for the WMS platform
- Define and refine core WMS workflows (inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, put-away, integrations)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide feature prioritization
- Work closely with engineering to translate business needs into scalable product solutions
- Engage with customers, partners, and prospects to validate product direction
- Contribute to go-to-market efforts, including sales conversations, demos, and positioning
- Act as a product evangelist and ensure strong communication across teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify market trends and optimize product decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of sales, enterprise buying cycles, and B2B marketing
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for building startups from the ground up
- Experience in product management, WMS, SCM, ERP, logistics, or operations technology is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage, high-ownership environment
