Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in the Dayton Metropolitan Area. The CFO will oversee financial planning, develop and analyze financial reports, and ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with regulatory standards. The role also includes managing budgets, implementing financial strategies, and providing strategic recommendations to the executive team to drive growth and operational efficiency. The CFO will lead the finance team and collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with the organization's mission and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proven skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess financial data and make strategic decisions
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage and guide a finance team effectively
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial strategies
- Thorough knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred)
- Experience in nonprofit or housing organizations is a plus
