On-site. Located in Menominee, MI, the company has around 40 employees and a family-focused culture.
Position Summary:
- Supervision and performance of all necessary accounting functions
- Development and management of financial planning and forecasting
- Management of company reception, A/P, A/R, shipping coordination, and IT
- Management and execution of all human resources functions
- Key participant on the executive leadership team
Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to develop and execute financial strategies effectively. Skill and comfort in reporting financial performance to owners
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in building and maintaining work-related relationships with all levels of people
- Strong organizational and leadership acumen
- Proven ability to manage all financial aspects of a manufacturing organization and work collaboratively with executive leadership.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Strong command of the English language
- Must be located within commuting distance of Menominee, Michigan, United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus
- Thorough understanding of Human Resource management concepts, methodologies and practices. And, a working knowledge of the legalities pertaining to labor law
- Experience in manufacturing and engineering-related industries
- Comprehensive grasp of and experience using and managing an ERP system
- 10+ years of experience in financial management

- Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying trends, forecasting, and making data-driven decisions
- Experience with multiple ERP/MRP systems
