To help us in our journey, we’re looking for a resourceful and impact-focused Business Operations Manager to join our project and unlock growth & efficiency opportunities.
You’ll take full ownership of your projects, and be mainly focused on delivering business impact thanks to Business Engineering solutions. This role is critical in helping Valto to reach the next level of growth and efficiency. From designing revenue funnels to automating internal tooling or reshaping cross-functional workflows, you’ll be a key driver of transformation across the company.
Missions examples :
Revenue Operations
- Design, build, deploy and fuel our outbound operations funnels
- Design, build and deploy automated CRM operations that secure recurring revenues
- Lead high-impact projects that directly influence commercial efficiency
Automations
- Deliver operational automations in order to improve operationnal efficiency (interns subscription, document creation, tender answering, etc)
- Design and improve workflows within our tools stack to deliver efficiency gains (ie tools connectivity)
Other
- Identify or build and deploy tools that improves our overall operations
- Identify and own ad hoc projects that deliver immediate impact for Valto’s portfolio companies
- Deliver dashboards to monitor performance
Please note that you’ll be part of a small team with the autonomy to make real decisions and the mandate to drive real change and impact.
Who we're looking for
- Education: You graduated from a top-tier engineering, or applied science program. A Business degree is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of work experience with a solid track record of taking ownership and delivering impact.
- Mindset: Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact with a bias for action.
- Tech-first thinker: You look for scalable, tech-enabled solutions before reaching for manual fixes.
- Autonomous: You can own and drive complex cross-functional projects from A to Z with minimal guidance.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: You’re proactive, hands-on, and thrive in moving environments.
- Fluent in french is required.
