At The RV Shop, sustainable growth is driven by disciplined execution, exceptional customer experience, and intentional revenue systems. As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will own and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine that converts demand into profitable, repeat business.
This role goes far beyond sales management. You will be responsible for building and managing the systems, processes, and performance rhythms that increase average repair ticket value, repeat customer ratio, and lead flow efficiency across all channels and locations.
From lead intake to estimate conversion, upselling strategy, customer retention, and long-term customer value, your work will directly impact revenue predictability, customer lifetime value, and the scalability of The RV Shop.
This is a highly strategic and operational role, sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, service, and leadership – turning activity into measurable financial performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Revenue Vision & Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns marketing, sales execution, customer experience, and retention into one cohesive growth engine.
- Build the Sales Function from the Ground Up: Design the sales organization, roles, workflows, playbooks, and performance expectations from zero. Establish the foundation for a professional, repeatable sales operation that can scale across locations.
- Increase Average Ticket Value: Create pricing strategy, service bundling frameworks, value-based selling systems, and sales enablement tools that responsibly increase transaction value while reinforcing customer trust.
- Drive Repeat Customer Growth: Own the customer lifecycle strategy by building systems for retention, follow-up, loyalty, referrals, service cadence, and long-term relationship management.
- Lead Flow Ownership & Conversion Systems: Design and oversee all lead intake, routing, response standards, follow-up systems, and conversion workflows across all inbound and outbound channels.
- Establish Revenue Operating Rhythms: Build dashboards, scorecards, forecasting models, and executive-level reporting that provide clear visibility into performance, trends, and growth constraints.
- Cross-Functional Executive Partnering: Work directly with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align capacity, staffing, brand positioning, and customer experience with revenue objectives.
- Create Scalable Systems, Not Heroics: Replace tribal knowledge and individual performance dependency with documented processes, SOPs, automation, and disciplined execution.
- Own Revenue Accountability: Ultimately accountable for revenue growth, predictability, customer lifetime value, and the effectiveness of the revenue organization as a whole.
