Job Overview:
Seeking a dynamic Vice President of Revenue Generation to lead the sales and marketing functions of a well-established retail home construction company in Myrtle Beach, SC. This strategic role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. The Vice President of Revenue Generation will directly manage the Marketing Manager and Online Sales Consultant (OSC) and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization. Reporting to the CEO, this executive position offers a base salary in the $200,000 - $225,000 range with performance pay, electronics allowance, auto allowance, and attractive benefits. Relocation assistance is available. Initially, the role can be hybrid, but will eventually require relocation to the Midlands of SC around Columbia. Primary Focus:
Maximizing return on investment of lot inventory through dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue and sales velocity.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Optimize return on investment for lot inventory by collaborating with various departments and analyzing market conditions.
- Balancing price and pace to maximize profitability in the long term.
- Adjust sales strategies to maintain margin stability and predictable revenue.
- Align marketing efforts with sales strategies for improved results.
- Develop forecasting models to support data-driven decisions.
Marketing Oversight
- Supervise the Marketing Manager and provide strategic direction for branding and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities for lead generation and product positioning.
- Approve community launch campaigns and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in residential home building or real estate.
- Experience closing a minimum of 500 homes annually.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
