Due to our growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager, who will support help us to unlock further productivity and efficiency gains for our team.
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys introducing new processes and methodologies, proactively assesses and improves upon established processes, and understands how critical this role is to building a strong foundation and a high growth sales support function.
Responsibilities:
- Own the execution and continuous improvement of core business processes.
- Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems that improve and scale our business.
- Be the owner and technical expert in Salesforce, fluent in advanced computing functions, able to take our system to the next level of operational excellence.
- Be the key point of contact to the CEO and leadership team on sales performance.
- Deliver regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards.
- Work with other teams to strategically innovate and introduce new TAM, ABM and CSM initiatives.
- Work directly with key sales stakeholders on strategic projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency (e.g sales enablement on prospecting, opportunity velocity, Salesforce hygiene).
- Be the data centric expert on customer behaviour and market intelligence.
- Support the management and effectiveness of sales outreach activity.
- Recommend and assess our tools and support our stakeholders in getting incremental value from our tech stack.
- Be constantly improving the data our sales team have access to that ensures we are engaging with the right companies and prospects in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 3 years in marketing or sales operations at a Software/SaaS company
- Strong experience as an administrator of Salesforce (preferably certified)
- Strong analytical skills to help you make data driven recommendations and decisions.
- Eager to learn and improve on making current processes more efficient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organised, and pay close attention to detail
- Strong team player, always looking for ways to contribute but also manages well independently
- Demonstrated problem solving experience providing data-driven business insights
- Native fluency in English required,
- Fluency in Spanish is a desirable, but not required.
