The Role:
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who wants their career to have a lasting community impact. We know you understand the "what" of a CFO role—supervising financials, coordinating audits, and providing guidance. We want someone who cares about the "why."
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be a key member of our executive team, helping us improve our infrastructure and scale our impact as we continue to grow. You’ll be a team player, a critical thinker, and a champion for the families we serve.
Why You?
- You have a Master’s Degree (preferred, minimum Bachelor's Degree) and at least 5 years of nonprofit management experience.
- You are an expert in nonprofit fund accounting and federal grant requirements.
- You are a forward-thinking leader who can steer an agency based on sound financial arguments.
- You are passionate about community development and economic opportunity.
Salary and Benefits:
$95K - $144K with a generous benefit package including:
