As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Directors and broader commercial teams by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our Salesforce CRM processes. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining data integrity, generating and maintaining accurate quotes and opportunities, and streamlining contract workflows. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual with a strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Support & Opportunity Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting Sales Directors in creating and updating opportunities and quotes within Salesforce.
- Generate quote forms for Worldpanel by Numerator as needed.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with the Sales Team ensuring you have deep understanding of the sale and its context to build appropriate quotes
- Data Integrity & CRM Maintenance
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across key Salesforce objects.
- Review exception reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies across additional CRM entities.
- Lead ad hoc data hygiene initiatives to ensure the CRM remains current and reliable.
- Contracting & Approval Workflow
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to manage the contracting lifecycle, including subscription renewals, amendments, and decommissions.
- Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports to deliver meaningful data and insights to the Sales team.
- Training & Enablement
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to empower commercial teams in using Salesforce effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a corporate or business operations environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Index/Match.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated team-player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
