About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Operational Specialist to oversee and optimize daily operations supporting our Amazon Vendor Central business. This role focuses on inventory management, order fulfillment, performance monitoring, compliance, and process improvement to ensure efficient marketplace operations and sustained revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Vendor Central and a strong understanding of e-commerce operational workflows.
How You’ll Contribute
- Manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Vendor Central
- Oversee inventory levels, replenishment planning, and shipment coordination
- Monitor account health metrics, policy compliance, and performance notifications
- Track and analyze KPIs including sales, conversion rates, returns, and fulfillment metrics
- Create and manage new & existing Amazon listings
- Troubleshoot listing issues, stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and reimbursement claims
- Support promotional planning, pricing updates, and catalog optimization
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace operations or e-commerce operations
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
- Strong Excelskills (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables)
- Understanding ofAmazon logistics and inventory forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
