· Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, hiring, compensation structures, and long-term growth initiatives.
· Serve as primary liaison with external accounting firms, tax advisors, and auditors.
Client Reporting
· Maintain institutional-grade data integrity and performance reporting across public and private investments via our performance reporting system (Addepar).
· Oversee production and review of client reporting for families, foundations, and institutional clients.

Trade Execution & Reconciliation
· Provide senior oversight of the full trade lifecycle across asset classes, custodians and outsourced trading relationships.
· Ensure robust controls around trade reconciliation, settlement, and exception management.
· Coordinate with custodians and service providers to maintain operational excellence and reduce operational risk.
Treasury & Cash Operations
· Oversee all treasury functions including wires, cash movements, capital calls, redemptions, and distributions.
· Monitor firm-level and client-level liquidity needs across custodians and strategies.
· Implement controls and processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and security of cash operations.
Systems, Data and Operational Scalability
· Own the firm’s financial and operational systems architecture, including performance reporting platforms (e.g., Addepar), trading platforms (Bloomberg EMSX) and general ledger integrations.
· Evaluate and implement automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

· Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes as the firm grows.
· Support leadership in maintaining a strong culture of fiduciary responsibility and operational discipline.
Qualifications
· 10–15 years of experience in finance and investment operations, ideally within a multi-family office, OCIO, RIA, or asset management firm.

· Demonstrated experience owning or overseeing firm-level financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Strong understanding of performance reporting systems (e.g., Addepar), custodial platforms, and alternative investment workflows.
· Deep familiarity with limited partnerships, capital calls and distributions, NAV processes, and audit coordination.
