Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This individual will drive the organization’s financial strategy while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operations. The CFO will provide financial insight to support complex decision-making, strengthen operational infrastructure, and guide the company through its next phase of growth.
This role requires a leader who can think strategically, execute operationally, and communicate financial performance clearly to executives, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
OVERVIEW OF THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ROLE:
Strategic Financial Leadership

Develop and lead the company’s overall financial strategy in alignment with short- and long-term business objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
Financial Planning & Analysis

Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
Operational & Capital Management

Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financial resources to support operational needs and growth initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance profitability.

Assess and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Oversee internal controls, financial policies, and external audit processes.

Maintain strong governance practices and financial transparency.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership

Partner with investors, shareholders, and key stakeholders to communicate financial performance and strategic direction.

Collaborate with Human Resources on workforce planning, compensation strategy, and regulatory compliance.

Support cross-functional teams in driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:

Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO or equivalent).

Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Experience working closely with executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.

Demonstrated ability to lead through growth and organizational change.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts clearly and effectively.
