Role Description
Job Purpose
- Lead all activities across Sales Operations aligned to the overarching CS&P strategy.
- Ensure Princes Brand performance is optimised through instore execution and field sales.
- Effectively measure and report performance at customer and store level, adopting a continuous improvement approach.
Dimensions
- Understand Customer, Brand and Category strategies and interpret these to a sales operation’s activation plan.
- Develop and execute a sales operation plan aligned to customer calendars and brand activations.
- Manage all field sales requirements working closely with category and sales teams and analyse and report on results.
- Identify and analyse customer / store level metrics that provide insights for range and space and shopper activities.
- Lead and project manage all in store display opportunities.
- Work closely with supply chain teams to understand best value display creation solutions.
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead all customer sales operations relationships.
- Lead and manage all field sales agencies and utilise Group spend effectively and synergistically.
- Project manage delivery of all display requirements and instore POS activations.
- Measure and report on compliance. Develop solutions / mitigations for non-compliance.
- Proactively identify and propose sales operation opportunities that enhance our relationship with customers or performance of brands.
- Understand opportunities within channel / customer for sales operations activations.
- Monitor and take learning from other brand activations in store. Bring instore thinking into the business.
Role Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- The job holder will have strong experience across category, sales and/or customer marketing disciplines.
- A proven team leader and collaborator.
- Graduate calibre with shopper and / or customer/supply chain bias.
